My Destiny
“How
can you be so calm?” Kim asked, barely able to look at me. “You
do know that, after I leave, we will never see each other again don't
you?
“Yes,
but I have no choice,” I replied, the smile on my lips hiding the
fear I felt inside.
Ever
since I was a small boy I knew this day was going to come and, even
though I had tried everything to escape my fate, knew I couldn't
change it. Now all I could do was sit and wait for nightfall, when my
destiny would be fulfilled.
