Tantalizing Tuesday Teaser 1st Birthday Celebrations: Birthday shocks...and surprises

Birthday shocks...and surprises

Walking through the front door I slammed it behind me, threw my keys down on the hallway table and stormed in to the front room. Staring around the room I made my way over to the drinks cabinet, poured a large glass of scotch and slumped in to one of the leather armchairs.
Fucking great birthday this has turned out to be I thought, draining my glass in one and standing up to fetch a refill. Alone again, made fucking redundant and not one member of my so-called circle of friends even bothered with a fucking card. Draining the second glass, as fast as I had the first, I decided to head upstairs, get a shower and hit the town.
Making my way along the landing towards my bedroom I began stripping out of my clothes, dropping them and leaving them where they fell, one of the perks of living alone, before reaching for the handles of the double bedroom doors, pushing them open before freezing on the spot.
“About time you showed up,” the twins shouted in unison, as they sprawled on the bed in just their lingerie. “After all how can we have a party without the birthday boy. Now come here and get your present.”

I identified with the man coming home, no one remembering his birthday. But you turned the story around to have the gorgeous twins on his bed to greet him with his birthday gift. Nice surprise.

Oh my God, aren't those the twins from UK Big Brother a few years back? Just as long as they minimize the talking it should be a great night! Seriously though - splendid feel-good story of a birthday more than salvaged.
