here to tell you and the readers of your blog about my newest gay
erotic paranormal fantasy, In Blue Poppy Fields. The book will please
not only all fans of Belial, the Prince of Trickery, the Lord of Lust
and the Antilight... aka Guardian Demon, but all readers who love
vampires.
But
vampire stories differ greatly, you may say. Some have gloomy, horror
atmosphere, some are full of crimson violence, still others brim with
dark sensuality. How should you know ours would be to your liking?
Apart from reading a sample chapter on Amazon or Smashwords to get a
feel of the tale, you can learn about various aspects of a vampire's
life in our world during In Blue Poppy Fields release tour. Let's
first take a look at the book and then we will move on to the first
topic. Vampires and sex.
In
Blue Poppy Fields blurb:
A
victim to another man's cruelty, talented and beautiful theater actor
Adhemar Lebeau learned not to trust and not to love anybody but

Indulgence in blood and carnal pleasures fill his nights and vampiric
powers give him the feeling of safety. Until the evening when he
carelessly falls prey to High Demon Belial's plays that quickly turn
into more than either of them has bargained for.
In
spite of a hard start, Adhemar feels burning urge deep in his heart
and no matter how much he denies it, the cause of the strange
sensation is a budding seed of affection brought to life by the
insufferable demon. But letting Adhemar learn to love somebody other
than him is not what seemingly innocent Reyach plans.
Just
from reading the blurb you already know that vampires in our world
are very sensual beings. The act of Rebirth doesn't rob them of their
manly power, nor does it diminish their lust. On the contrary.
Not
only do they find pleasure in a carnal intercourse, their sensations
feel multiplied compared to what they used to experience as mortal
men.
Their
heightened senses sharpen every perception. Whisper sounds like loud
talk, taste of blood differs from victim to victim, the night sky
glimmers with myriads of stars, the air is full of wafts of pleasant
or not so pleasant aromas. They can learn to control the extent to
which they allow themselves to be engulfed in such a gale of
sensations. But one sense they seldom try to block. Feeling. The
satisfaction it can provide is high and for many vampires carnal
pleasures stand second only to the bliss of bloodtaking.
When
they lust, their bodies tingle with need. It feels as if desire
courses through their every vein and capillary. Extremely sensitive
to touch, they derive delight from the lightest of caresses. More
intense fondling drives them to bliss rather quickly though they can
learn to postpone the moment of their fulfillment if they have a
strong enough reason to do so. With lovers they care about, they can
indulge in slow lovemaking from time to time as long as they are in
charge of their sensations.
A
vampire can pleasure his partner for quite a long time provided that
the stimulation of his own body is limited. But edging will never
become his favorite activity in bed. After a while it starts feeling
like torture due to his high sensitivity. Prolongation of such
sensual torment can drive him almost mad with need and if fulfillment
is not granted, he can break down.
Vampires
differ in capacity to sustain such agony and every man whose lover
happens to be a bloodsucker needs to learn the boundaries. Or risk a
wild torrent of yet another need. Bloodtaking can bring the
pleasurable suffering to a bearable level and many vampires love to
combine lovemaking with bloodtaking or blood exchange. Though it is
not an absolute must. Out of consideration, they can refrain from a
blood play in bed, especially with mortal lovers.
Many
bloodsuckers seek the company of mortals, enjoying the warmth
emanating from their bodies. This tends to be a treat mainly in the
foreplay and afterglow, while the moments of highest passion also
require the highest self-control from the vampire so that the
lovemaking doesn't morph into bloodletting.
While
vampires do not find their partners only among others of their own
kind, sometimes another vampire is the preferred choice as he
understands all their needs.
Being
connoisseurs of life, some vampires may prefer still another kind of
company. They do not shy away from sensual encounters with garwalfs
and varulvs (in other worlds similar creatures are known as
werewolves) or with draculs, knowing that every immortal race
provides different experiences to them.
Few
vampires get the privilege of lovemaking with demons, but if they do,
it's an unforgettable treat for them due to the heat a demon's body
engulfs them in. At times the difference in body temperatures can
even feel too much. Yet still, once treated to it, they crave it with
burning obstinacy and nothing else can compare... apart from the
taste of a demon's blood. But that's already a topic for another
article in our tour.

the voice resonating in his head granted him a permission. Moaning
loudly, he listened to the call of blood and plunged his fangs into
the vein. The essence of life filled his mouth and Belial's shaft
thrust deeper inside his body. And he... he pressed his hands against
the balustrade and thrust back. Suddenly he couldn't refrain from
that any longer, feeling the perfect scepter inside him brush against
his sweet spot intensely. A gulp. A throb rolling through his body. A
swig. A thrust. A sip. Gentle fingers attending to his nipples. A
draught. The warm mouth sucking his shaft. A thrust. A swig. A sip.
And suck. Again and again. In a wild storm of pleasure that was
blinding him with the blaze of its hot lightnings. They bolted trough
his body in all directions. Reaching every spot. Tingling every spot.
Making his body crave for more and more and more. Musky scent of
pleasure filled his nostrils with its heavy fragrance, and he knew he
would come any second. Him and all of Avila.
