Loving Winter part ten
“I thought I told you to leave,” Winter snapped, her face
streaked with make-up.
“I did,” I replied. “But I've also returned, bearing gifts, for
the most beautiful woman in the world.”
“Stop it. I'm not beautiful, just look at me.”
“No, Winter, you stop it.”
“I'm sorry but I'm just not buying what you're saying. I've heard
it too many times before.”
“Those jerks in your past might've been after only one thing and,
in a way, I guess I am as well.”
“I knew it,” Winter replied, pulling her head back.
“Actually, babe, you don't know it.” I replied. “Whereas they
probably only wanted a quick fuck I want to be happy, and everything
about you makes me happy. I want you to be the last thing I see
before I go to sleep, and the first I see when I wake up.” I said,
as I slipped my hand in to my trouser pocket.
With that I knelt back on the carpet in front of her, and held out
the box I'd took from my trousers.
“So what do you say? Will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?”

Wow. Ka-Pow! Winter is a lot like my plus size character Zoe. You can tell us a million times and we still don't really believe it. (And yes, I include myself in that group).
Nicely done, Julez. I wonder if the self doubt it too much for her to accept. That would be a great way to extend this.
Awww, you actually made me sniff. Fabulous, Julez! :-)
