Once you have read what I have to say I would be grateful if you clicked on the above image, when you will be taken to the mystical portal where all my friends are waiting with their own teases.
Thank you.
Our
time is now
I'd
planned every minute of the day, right down to where it ended, but as
we started to leave Helena's apartment she froze.
“I'm
not sure I can do this,” she whispered, tears forming in her eyes.
“Why
not, Baby? What''s wrong?”
“People
will stare.”
“So,
let them.”
“I'm
just thinking of you, and your career.”
“I'm
a big boy and can look after myself, sweetheart, don't worry.”
“But
you know what people are like. They will stare, point and say nasty,
evil, hurtful things.”
“And
we will just ignore them,” I told her, holding her chin and lifting
her head to stare into her beautiful hazel eyes.
“I
really don't know, babe.”
“I
do,” I replied, grabbing her jacket.
Slipping
it over her shoulders I slipped my fingers in to hers and led her out
of the front door.
“So
what if you're transsexual,” I told her, as I stared in to her
eyes. “You are my girlfriend, I love you and if they don't like it
they can get fucked. Besides it won't be long until our relationship
is seen just as normal as everyone else's.”

Very touching work, Julez. Using the dialogue as the chorus and the action as tension worked very well.
I hope it's not.
Lovely, Jules. From you wonderful work to God's ears. The sooner the better. Kendel is right about your dialogue and tensions structure. Just terrific. xo
