A very romantic proposal
As I walked in to
the bathroom, a glass of champagne in each of my hands, I looked down
at you and smiled. You were the the most beautiful woman I had ever
met and, ever since the day you'd agreed to become my girlfriend all
those months ago, you'd made me feel like the luckiest man on the
planet.
With
just your head visible, the rest of your perfect body submerged
beneath the bubbles of your favourite bath foam, you opened you eyes
and saw me looking down at you. Smiling back at me you reached
forward, took one of the glasses from me and took a sip.
“Why
don't you join me, baby?” You whispered, the seductive look which
you knew drove me wild on your face, before running your tongue
slowly along your lips.
Unable
to resist you I placed my glass down, hurriedly removed my clothes
and climbed in. Easing behind you I wrapped my arms around your
waist, leaned forward and, as you turned your head slightly, kissed
you lightly on the cheek.
“I
love you so much, sweetheart,” I whispered softly. “Will you do
me the honour of becoming my wife?”
