FLASH
FICTION
FRIDAY
It's time once again for myself, and a group of amazing friends, to bring to you yet more flashes, all very different yet all based on the same image.
Follow the link after my offering to see what everyone else has come up with this week and don't forget to leave comments.
Moving on
Placing my bag on
the floor I lay down next to the metal shutter to wait for the
station to open. I had to get away. People were starting to disappear
regularly and I knew it was happening again, just like it did
everywhere I went. It wasn't my fault though, it just couldn't be
helped.
The longer I stayed
in one place the chances of them
finding out the truth increased and if they ever did everyone would
know that I was the reason for the disappearances, the terror, and
they would also finally know that vampires really do exist.

Great flash Julez. Totally unexpected ending. He can't help being a vampire and I hope he finds a place of solace, somewhere.
Oooh, nice one! Great take on this pic.
Jesus, Julez.......this is a great, creepy flash. I want him out of town too!! What a fabulous twist on this photo; I expected nothing less:) xo
A vampire! of course, I should have known! did I see some remorse? He looks like he can't help it, but does feel sorry for what's happening. Great flash Julez, but then again, I've always liked what you come up with!!
Excellent, Julez! That's some smooth writing! Loved it! :)
I hungry vampire he was and is. He should flee and take comfort in his victims who chose to leave too.
Awesome flash! Too bad it's only 100 words. I got curious.
