Welcome to week six of Transsexual Thursday, the day I bring to you beautiful women from all over the world, with a little something extra. However whatever differences they have they are still all beautiful and, in my eyes and hopefully yours as well, all beautiful.

Transsexualism is an individual's identification with a gender inconsistent or not culturally associated with their assigned sex. Simply put, it defines a person whose assigned sex at birth conflicts with their psychological gender.
